MALON DOMINICAN BARBER'S POLICY

1. Appointment & Walk-Ins Policy

  • Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to barber availability.

  • Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may result in rescheduling or service adjustments.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

  • All services are final—no refunds on completed haircuts or grooming services.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact management for possible service adjustments.

4. Hygiene & Safety Policy

  • Barbers follow strict sanitation protocols for tools and workstations.

  • Clients must maintain personal hygiene before appointments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service due to poor hygiene or inappropriate behavior.

5. Barber Chair Rental Terms

  • Barbers renting chairs must adhere to shop rules and cleanliness standards.

  • Rental fees must be paid on time, as per contract terms.

  • Any damage to shop property is the responsibility of the renter.

6. Customer Conduct Policy

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all clients and barbers.

  • Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.

  • Pets are allowed only if permitted by management.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Client information, including contact details, is kept confidential.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties.
